To make the transferal of information easier, the records center has several different interactive forms:
This form is used to send the Records Center information about your department to our department. We would like to be able to contact the person in your department who is in charge of records management so that we can send updates or changes that deal with the University's record keeping policies.
Please use this form if you have a file or box that is within the Record Center's holdings that you want sent back to you.
