Laura D. Shedenhelm

I currently work in two departments in the Main Library:

Media Archives
As the Media Archives Cataloger, I have worked with the Peabody Awards Collection and am currently helping to develop the WSB newsfilm database. This database has approximate 69,000 clips of raw news footage from the WSB television station in Atlanta, Ga.

Collection Development
As the Bibliographer for Latin America, Spain & Portugal, I purchase materials for the UGA Libraries to support academic programs focusing on these areas, especially in Spanish, Portuguese, and related languages. I also provide bibliographic instruction and research assistance for students and faculty. Please feel free to contact me to set up an instruction session for your classes.
