Depository Requirements

The University of Georgia Libraries was designated the official depository for Georgia state government publications in 1993.  As mandated by the Official Code of Georgia Annotated 20-5-2, state agencies and departments within the Georgia state government are required to submit five copies of all of their publications, including print, videorecordings, CD-ROMs, and audio CD-ROMs to the following address:

Effective July 1, 2000 the Official Code of Georgia Annotated 20-5-2 was amended to require state agencies to submit an electronic copy if available in addition to print copies of all publications.
