Effective July 1, 2020, the University of Georgia Libraries and the George A. Smathers Libraries at the University of Florida have entered into an agreement to collaboratively administer regional depository library responsibilities across Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The agreement also allows each institution to withdraw some depository library materials with the assurance that they are available at the partner institution.

University of Georgia (UGA):

  • Congressional hearings (Y 4.) have been de-selected in a tangible format with a majority of the print holdings withdrawn
  • Congressional reports and documents (Y 1.1's) have been de-selected in a tangible format
