Main Library Barr Seminar Room Policy

Current University of Georgia students, faculty, or staff may schedule the Barr Seminar Room in advance through the form https://calendar.libs.uga.edu/reserve/seminar-room. Reservations must include a UGA email address.
The Seminar Room may be scheduled in thirty-minute increments up to a maximum of four hours per day.

When the Seminar Room is not scheduled, it will be open for use by UGA affiliates on a first-come, first-served basis. Occupants without reservations must relinquish the room to groups who have scheduled the space for that time.
